Service status
HueSpace is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is while we refine the product detection experience. We aim for high accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every product in every photo will be detected or matched to a purchasable item.
Product matching accuracy
AI product detection is probabilistic. Detected products and retailer links are based on visual similarity and available data — not a guarantee of exact match. Always verify product details (price, availability, dimensions) on the retailer's site before purchasing.
Your photos
You retain full rights to every photo you upload. We do not claim ownership. Images are processed to deliver detection results and are not used for any other purpose without your consent.
Acceptable use
Don't use HueSpace to upload harmful, illegal, or non-room content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the detection technology. Obvious abuse will result in service termination without notice.
Retailer links
Buy links are provided by our matching system and direct to third-party retailer websites. HueSpace does not process transactions, handle payments, or make guarantees about those sites. When you buy from a retailer, their terms and privacy policy apply — not ours.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from product quality, delivery, pricing, or any other matter related to third-party retailer purchases.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
